If you have been driving …
Being a driver on a long trip, especially if you go without a spare and you have to do all the kilometers, can be a not very pleasant experience. As much as you like to drive, a trip of more than 500 kilometers tires anyone, and the area of the lower back and shoulders often suffer greatly as the hours pass. - Make sure that you place your driver’s seat properly and, if necessary, stop and place it properly. Your back should be fully supported in the backrest while driving (do not have to lean forward to be able to handle the steering wheel), both the shoulder blades and the lower back. If, despite adjusting the seat, you cannot support your lower back, it may be a good idea to have a lumbar support.
Remember that the seats can be adjusted in both height and depth: your knees should be bent to the edge of the seat comfortably and remain slightly bent to reach the pedals.

- Stay hydrated: a coffee is great before you go out or when you stop to rest, but remember that the best option to hydrate while driving is water. If you travel as a companion
If you have been traveling as a companion, your role will be to facilitate the trip to the driver. Here are some tips to make your trip enjoyable too.
- How to avoid dizziness by car?: If you are the ones who get dizzy when riding in a car, it is best to start frugal meals, which are not very heavy, and that are easy to digest.
